Qualifications
  • A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Active and unrestricted License as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Virginia.
  • No disciplinary actions on your license.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with creative problem-solving skills.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range between USD 90,000 and 104,000 per year based on full-time status, with opportunities for performance-based bonuses. In addition, you will receive a significant sign-on bonus upon seeing your first client within two weeks of onboarding. Our compensation package includes:
