As an LCSW at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, your role will encompass a variety of essential duties, including:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and developing targeted treatment plans that integrate evidence-based therapies.
• Utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused interventions to help clients work through their challenges.
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of client records.
• Collaborating closely with other professionals, including psychologists and school staff, to provide holistic care that addresses both academic and emotional challenges faced by students.
• Engaging in regular supervision and case consultation meetings, contributing to ongoing team development and the enhancement of service delivery.
• Educating clients and their families about mental health resources, coping strategies, and community support systems to promote overall well-being.
• Staying up-to-date with clinical research and best practices in mental health, ensuring that interventions remain cutting-edge and effective.
• Managing a caseload of clients with diverse needs, ensuring timely and effective progress toward established treatment goals while adhering to professional ethics and standards outlined by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).

Your client focus will primarily encompass children, adolescents, and their families within a school-based environment. Understanding the unique pressures and challenges faced by youth today, you will be pivotal in providing both supportive and therapeutic interventions that foster resilience and growth.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid LCSW license to practice in the state of Florida.
• A minimum of three years of experience in a clinical or school-based setting, demonstrating a strong foundation in psychotherapy.
• In-depth knowledge of solution-focused and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for effective collaboration with diverse populations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team.

While not mandatory, experience in school-based therapy and familiarity with educational systems will be advantageous. Additionally, proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and tools that facilitate remote therapy delivery is preferred, enabling you to navigate digital work environments efficiently.
