In your role as an LCSW, you will take on a variety of responsibilities to aid clients in their mental health journey. Key tasks include:

• Conducting thorough assessments that evaluate clients' mental health concerns, social functioning, and emotional well-being.
• Creating personalized treatment plans that align with clients' unique needs, utilizing a wealth of evidence-based interventions.
• Providing individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on therapeutic techniques designed to boost resilience and coping strategies.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with all regulatory standards and ethical practices.
• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary treatment team—including doctors, nurses, and other mental health professionals—to deliver comprehensive and integrated care.

• Staying abreast of current research and trends in mental health to inform best practices and enhance client outcomes.

Ideal candidates will have experience in direct social work practice, particularly within hospice or palliative care settings. Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), is highly advantageous. Experience working with diverse populations and an understanding of cultural competence in mental health practice is essential.
