The Guided Behavioral Reflection Clinic is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a full-time remote position. This position is entirely remote, allowing for a flexible work-life balance while being part of our compassionate team. While the majority of your work will be conducted from home, you may be required to engage in community outreach and client visits on an as-needed basis. Our clinic hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional evenings and weekends necessary to accommodate client needs. On-call availability may also be required to address urgent client situations, ensuring continuity of care.

• Conduct in-depth assessments of clients' psychosocial needs, evaluating emotional, mental, and social factors that may impact their well-being.
• Collaborate effectively with clients and their families to create personalized care plans that reflect their unique goals, preferences, and priorities.
• Provide therapeutic counseling and emotional support, guiding clients through life transitions such as aging, loss, or adjustment challenges.
• Advocate for clients' rights and facilitate access to community resources, ensuring they receive appropriate services tailored to their needs.
• Work alongside interdisciplinary teams, including healthcare professionals and caregivers, to coordinate and optimize client care.
• Regularly monitor clients' well-being through scheduled visits and check-ins, assessing changes in their conditions and living environments.
• Facilitate effective communication among family members to resolve conflicts and enhance support systems for clients.
• Educate clients and their families about available resources and support programs to enhance social engagement and well-being.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of client interactions, care plans, and progress notes in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Stay updated on best practices in social work, including clinical methods, policies, and ethical requirements.

The primary focus of this role is serving seniors and their families, who often face unique challenges related to aging, mental health issues, and social isolation. By understanding the specific needs of this demographic, you will be equipped to provide tailored interventions that not only address immediate concerns but also foster long-term emotional and social resilience.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.
• Possession of a current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in social work, preferably working with senior populations or within community health settings.
• Comprehensive knowledge of social work principles, issues related to aging, and community resource navigation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and families.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within an interdisciplinary team environment.

• Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and client management.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities and interventions relevant to older adults.
• Background in crisis intervention and family dynamics.

The starting salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
