Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
Job Summary
We are hiring a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to provide remote therapy services to clients throughout Massachusetts. In this role, you will meet with clients through a secure telehealth platform, complete clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and support clients as they work through emotional, behavioral, and life challenges.
This position is well suited for an LICSW who enjoys meaningful one-on-one clinical work, clear documentation, and helping clients access care from the privacy and convenience of their own space.
Location: Massachusetts
Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Responsibilities
  • Provide individual therapy sessions through a secure telehealth platform
  • Complete intake assessments and gather relevant clinical history
  • Create treatment plans based on each client's goals, symptoms, and needs
  • Use evidence-based therapy approaches to support clients with anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, adjustment issues, and related concerns
  • Monitor client progress and adjust care plans when clinically appropriate
  • Maintain timely, accurate, and professional clinical documentation
  • Identify safety concerns and follow proper crisis response procedures when needed
  • Communicate clearly with clients regarding goals, expectations, and next steps in care
  • Follow Massachusetts licensing standards, HIPAA requirements, and ethical clinical practices

Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited program
  • Active and unrestricted Massachusetts LICSW license
  • Previous experience providing therapy, counseling, or clinical social work services
  • Comfortable delivering care through telehealth platforms
  • Strong assessment, documentation, and treatment planning skills
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining professional clinical standards
  • Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for remote sessions
