• Deliver virtual therapy sessions using CBT techniques tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Document clinical notes meticulously via our user-friendly Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Engage in regular peer consultation sessions to enhance your clinical skills and receive constructive feedback.
• Participate in continuing education units (CEUs) to further develop your expertise and stay current with industry advancements.
• Maintain a professional schedule that aligns with daytime hours; no after-hours work, weekend shifts, or on-call responsibilities.

You will work with a diverse clientele presenting a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your expertise in CBT will allow you to provide effective coping strategies, helping clients to navigate their mental health hurdles while fostering resilience and personal growth.

• A valid and active Florida license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral health discipline is required; a graduate degree is preferred.
• A minimum of two years of experience in providing mental health counseling.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver services via telehealth platforms is highly desirable.

• Prior experience with CBT and familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic practices.
• Previous work in a community health setting is advantageous.
• Experience in managing a caseload efficiently in a remote environment.

This rewarding position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 110,000 per year, with opportunities for performance-based bonuses.
