Job description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Licensed Civil Engineer (P.E.) to join our on-site team in Liberty, Texas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, site development, and permitting with city and county authorities. This position plays a vital role in driving forward our large-scale infrastructure and industrial development projects.

Qualifications
  • Texas Professional Engineer (P.E.) License (required).
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in civil or structural construction projects.
  • Proven experience dealing with local government permitting and regulatory processes.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D, site grading, and stormwater design.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work full-time on-site in Liberty, Texas.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee site planning, grading, drainage, utilities, and roadwork for active construction projects.
  • Work directly with city and county officials to obtain and manage all required permits and approvals.
  • Conduct and review engineering design calculations, construction drawings, and as-built documentation.
  • Coordinate with contractors, surveyors, and environmental consultants to ensure compliance and timely project delivery.
  • Monitor site activities to ensure adherence to engineering standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
  • Provide technical leadership for civil aspects of ongoing construction, from concept to completion.
Preferred Experience
  • Background in industrial, energy, or infrastructure projects.
  • Familiarity with construction scheduling and project management tools.
  • Experience working on large-scale site development or manufacturing campuses.
