• Conduct in-depth assessments of clients during initial consultations to identify challenges and develop tailored treatment strategies.
• Deliver individual counseling sessions using video conferencing tools that focus on emotional support, problem-solving, and coping mechanisms.
• Develop, implement, and review personalized treatment plans in alignment with clients' goals and progress.
• Monitor client progress and adjust therapies as required, ensuring effective communication of changes with both clients and healthcare team members.
• Provide resource referrals and follow-up care as needed to support clients’ multifaceted needs.

You will be primarily working with stable, low-acuity adults who are seeking mental health support to cope with everyday challenges. This includes a diverse array of clients from varying backgrounds, each with unique experiences and expectations. Your compassionate support will empower them to enhance their emotional wellbeing and improve their quality of life.

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Possession of a current state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• Ability to provide independent care without supervision, and a clean disciplinary record.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with a proficiency in digital tools and platforms related to telehealth.
• Reliable Wi-Fi connection to facilitate uninterrupted counseling sessions.

While not mandatory, experience in a community health setting and familiarity with telehealth methodologies can be advantageous. Ideal candidates may have a background working with similar client populations or in environments focusing on holistic mental health approaches.
