• This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home.

• Deliver ethical and compassionate mental health counseling, employing a range of therapeutic modalities tailored to the needs of each client.
• Conduct thorough assessments of client needs, strengths, and challenges, using these evaluations to develop and refine personalized treatment plans.
• Facilitate skill-building sessions focused on coping strategies, communication skills, and problem-solving techniques, empowering clients to navigate their daily challenges.
• Maintain ongoing documentation and notes that reflect client progress and modify treatment processes accordingly to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Engage in regular professional development opportunities to stay updated on the latest mental health research and techniques.

Your primary focus will be on stable, low-acuity adults seeking support for various mental health concerns. As part of your role, you will cultivate a therapeutic relationship that encourages clients to articulate their thoughts and feelings, promoting a path toward improved mental health.

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.
• Possession of a current state license (e.g., LMFT, LCPC, LCSW-C, PsyD) that allows for independent practice without supervision.
• Ability to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in relevant technologies, including video conferencing and documentation software.
• Must have access to reliable high-speed internet to facilitate smooth remote sessions.
• No history of disciplinary actions which would hamper the license's validity.

• While a Master’s degree or higher is preferred, your commitment to ethical practice and client care will guide your success in this role.
• Experience in a community health clinic or similar setting is a significant plus.
• Prior experience in telehealth or remote counseling settings would enhance your adaptability in this position.
