• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to formulate accurate diagnoses and inform treatment planning.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans that are tailored to meet each client's unique needs.
• Provide effective therapy sessions utilizing various modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based approaches, and solution-focused therapy.
• Establish therapeutic goals with clients and regularly monitor their progress toward achieving these goals.
• Utilize our teletherapy platform to deliver engaging virtual sessions, accommodating clients with accessibility challenges.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation for all client interactions in compliance with ethical standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance clinical skills and stay current with best practices in mental health care.

Our clientele includes individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health concerns. We value diversity and strive to support a wide range of backgrounds and experiences. • Possession of a current and valid state license as an LCSW-C, LCPC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• A minimum of a Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate with colleagues.
• A demonstrated capacity for empathy, compassion, and maintaining a non-judgmental attitude toward clients.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage a caseload of clients.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing counseling or psychotherapy, particularly in a private practice setting.
• Familiarity with telehealth modalities and technologies.
• Experience working with diverse populations and understanding the specific needs of various client demographics.
