What is a remote signage designer?

A Remote Signage Designer is a professional who creates visual designs for signs, displays, and digital signage while working from a location outside of the client's office, typically from home or another remote workspace. Their responsibilities include conceptualizing, designing, and delivering graphics and layouts for both physical and digital signage. They often collaborate with clients, marketing teams, and vendors via online communication tools to ensure that the signage aligns with branding and messaging goals. Remote Signage Designers need strong graphic design skills and must be proficient in tools like Adobe Creative Suite. They may work freelance, for design agencies, or as part of a remote in-house team.

What skills and qualifications are needed to thrive as a remote signage designer?

To thrive as a Remote Signage Designer, you need a strong background in graphic design, visual communication, and proficiency with industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, often supported by a degree or certificate in design or a related field. Familiarity with digital signage platforms, file preparation for print or digital display, and knowledge of branding guidelines are important technical aspects of the role. Creativity, attention to detail, and effective remote collaboration and communication skills help designers stand out in this position. These skills ensure that signage projects are visually compelling, brand-consistent, and delivered efficiently in a remote work environment.

How do remote signage designers typically collaborate with clients and team members during a project?

Remote Signage Designers frequently use digital collaboration tools such as video conferencing, project management platforms, and cloud-based design software to communicate with clients and colleagues. Regular check-ins and feedback sessions are essential to ensure the design aligns with branding guidelines and client expectations. Since the work is remote, clear and timely communication, along with well-organized file sharing, helps streamline the design process and avoid misunderstandings. Team members may include project managers, copywriters, and installation specialists, so being proactive and responsive greatly contributes to project success.

Life Mend Mental and Behavioral Services is inviting passionate and committed individuals to apply for the position of Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor. In this full-time role, you will be instrumental in enhancing the mental well-being of clients, using your expertise to guide them on their personal journeys towards improved psychological health. This opportunity offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, providing financial stability while making a real difference in the lives of others.

About the Organization

At Life Mend, we are dedicated to providing high-quality behavioral healthcare through our community health clinic in Orlando, Florida. Our mission is to empower individuals to take charge of their mental health in a supportive and nurturing environment. We focus on fostering resilience and recovery through evidence-based practices, offering a range of services that cater to the diverse needs of our client base. As a virtual care provider, we emphasize accessibility, allowing mental health professionals the flexibility to engage with clients from anywhere.

Work Environment

This position is fully remote, designed to offer counselors the flexibility to manage their schedules according to their circumstances. Our work environment thrives on technology and innovation, providing counselors with all the necessary tools to facilitate virtual therapy sessions. Counselors will utilize our advanced therapy platform, which serves as a comprehensive dashboard for managing client interactionsโ€”covering everything from video consultations to secure messaging.

Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

  • Conduct individualized counseling sessions with clients via video chat, employing therapeutic techniques aimed at enhancing their mental health.
  • Facilitate discussions that allow clients to express emotions and experiences, thereby fostering self-awareness and relationship insights.
  • Serve as an advocate for clients, assisting them in defining their personal goals and developing actionable strategies to achieve those goals.
  • Perform thorough evaluations of clientsโ€™ mental health conditions while designing tailored treatment plans rooted in evidence-based practices.
  • Monitor client progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal care and outcomes.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your client base will consist of carefully screened, stable adults with low acuity mental health challenges. This approach allows you to focus on providing high-quality care without the complexities often associated with severe mental health conditions. We prioritize matching you with clients whose needs align with your areas of expertise and demographic preferences, fostering more meaningful therapeutic relationships.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates must possess:

  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
  • A full, unrestricted license to practice independently in Florida. Acceptable licenses include:
    • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
    • Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
    • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating empathy, understanding, and a commitment to client welfare.
  • A proficiency in technology and the ability to adapt to online counseling tools comfortably.
Preferred Experience

While specific experience is not required, candidates with a background in virtual counseling or telehealth services will find this role particularly suited to their skill set. Experience working with diverse populations is also preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a robust compensation package that includes:

  • A competitive salary, ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, based on hours worked.
  • A generous sign-on bonus to support your integration into our team.
  • Weekly direct deposits to ensure consistent cash flow.
  • A monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors to assist with insurance costs.
  • Unlimited referrals, ensuring that your calendar remains full without the burden of marketing efforts.
