• Conduct assessments via virtual consultations, demonstrating proficiency in teletherapy methodologies while creating a safe space for patients.

• Perform comprehensive mental health evaluations, gathering patient histories, developing treatment plans, and determining mental health status using evidence-based practices.

• Implement, monitor, and adjust individualized behavioral health treatment plans that align with the specific goals of each patient, guiding them through their therapeutic journeys.

• Maintain meticulous records of patient information, including teletherapy session notes, treatment progress, and outcomes, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage with patients in a compassionate manner, reinforcing our mission of improving healthcare outcomes through empathetic, innovative approaches.

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. • A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT), Art Therapy, or Psychology.

• A valid and active license as either an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW is required within the state of Washington.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills combined with strong written and oral communication capabilities.

• Commitment to ongoing professional development through continuing education and familiarity with current evidence-based psychosocial interventions.

• Experience with electronic clinical systems and electronic health record (EHR) platforms is essential for documentation and patient management.

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is preferred to better serve our diverse client community.

• A minimum of 2 years of related clinical experience, ideally within a telehealth or integrated care setting.

• A background in working with various populations, including but not limited to children, adolescents, and adults facing mental health issues.
