• Conduct thorough assessments and create personalized treatment plans designed to meet each client's unique needs.

Our clients range from children to adults dealing with various mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, and depression. As a Mental Health Counselor, you will provide focused and individualized treatment to help clients overcome their personal struggles while promoting resilience and coping strategies that lead to sustainable improvement in their quality of life.

• A current and valid state license as LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong, trusting relationships with clients.
• A compassionate, empathetic approach with a non-judgmental attitude towards clients.
• Robust organizational and time-management skills to handle your caseload efficiently.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, depending on your caseload and relevant experience.
