Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct clinical services to clients experiencing significant mental health challenges, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to advance shared goals and enhance overall service delivery.
  • Conduct evidence-based screenings and, when necessary, coordinate more comprehensive assessments.
  • Design and implement individualized care plans, ensuring seamless access to necessary resources and support services.
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions and provide individual counseling tailored to the presenting issues of clients.
  • Monitor client progress, managing admissions, ongoing treatment, and discharges while adhering to established guidelines.
  • Engage in crisis intervention strategies as needed, offering timely support to clients in distress.
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and participate actively in team discussions and planning.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and any necessary reporting.
  • Provide on-call support during designated hours to ensure continuous client care and safety.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will predominantly work with individuals facing severe emotional disorders and major mental illnesses, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, PTSD, and other related conditions. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, and your ability to respectfully interact with individuals from different cultural, traditional, and social settings will be essential to fostering a therapeutic rapport and achieving positive client outcomes.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is mandatory.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California is required.
  • A profound understanding of mental health assessment, treatment methods, and crisis management protocols.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial for facilitating effective client interactions and interdisciplinary teamwork.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client cases while prioritizing organizational and financial constraints.

Preferred Experience
