Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct personalized assessments and create tailored treatment plans based on individual client needs and goals.
  • Provide therapeutic counseling sessions using our all-in-one telehealth platform, effectively employing methods such as video conferencing, message communication, and digital worksheets.
  • Monitor client progress and adapt treatment methods proactively, ensuring that clients receive the highest level of care throughout their therapeutic journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your expertise will be essential in providing care to a diverse adult clientele experiencing low acuity mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, and grief. Our platform does not support cases involving children or individuals with severe mental health disorders, allowing you to focus on nurturing positive therapeutic relationships with patients who can benefit most from your support.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
  • An active and unrestricted LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor) license in California, free from any disciplinary actions.
  • Strong technological proficiency with reliable internet access and the capability to conduct sessions using a personal computer or laptop.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in providing telehealth services or counseling through digital platforms is highly advantageous.
