This role is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home in San Bernardino, California, or anywhere within the state. You will be part of a dynamic, multidisciplinary team that collaborates effectively using digital communication tools to ensure comprehensive patient care across all therapy sessions. Our telehealth facility is equipped with state-of-the-art technology to facilitate seamless interactions between therapists and clients.

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the mental health status of patients, utilizing tools like the DSM-5 to inform diagnostic criteria and treatment planning.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that account for cultural diversity and unique patient needs, continually adjusting strategies based on patient progress and feedback.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including treatment records and progress notes, in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design comprehensive therapeutic interventions and ensure coordinated care.
• Implement evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques to address specific mental health diagnoses, providing techniques for symptom management and safety interventions.
• Act as a liaison between patients and additional service providers, coordinating referrals and navigating treatment pathways effectively.
• Engage in educational activities by mentoring interns, students, and clinical staff, fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing and professional development.
• Under the guidance of your clinical supervisor, participate in developmental activities like peer reviews and clinical audits to enhance team performance and service delivery.

Your work will primarily focus on diverse adult patients experiencing various mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and more. By utilizing a telehealth approach, you will reach underserved populations, providing them equitable access to mental health care while addressing any language or cultural barriers that may exist.

• Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution and a current LCSW license valid in California.
• Proven understanding of mental health care across various demographic groups, emphasizing cultural competence in all interactions.
• Strong clinical acumen and the ability to apply age-appropriate methods to mental health care, with sensitivity to the different stages of human development.
• Effective communication, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to working within a remote team environment.

• A minimum of six months to one year of clinical experience in a mental health or healthcare setting is preferred.
• Experience with telehealth software and remote counseling techniques that enhance virtual engagement with clients.

This position offers an annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience.
