In this role, you will:

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, strengths, and challenges.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy, employing evidence-based interventions tailored to the unique needs and backgrounds of clients.
• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and family systems therapy to foster client engagement and promote healing.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans that include specific goals, interventions, and methods to track progress over time.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and nurses, to ensure a cohesive and holistic approach to client care.
• Respond to crisis situations by offering intervention services, assessing risk, and creating safety plans for at-risk clients.
• Advocate for clients' rights and connect them with necessary community resources, providing case management support as needed.
• Engage in community outreach initiatives to enhance awareness of mental health resources and reduce stigma associated with seeking help.

To be considered for this role, applicants must have:
