Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle both pre and post-sale services such as lockouts, evictions, and trash outs
  • Communicating with vendors to ensure services are completed correctly and timely
  • Reviewing photos for quality assurance and completion
  • Communicate with the client in a professional manner
  • Utilize multiple databases and software programs to assist in performing & completing day to day job duties
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • At least 1 years of experience
  • Must have FHA experience
  • P260 experience is required
  • Should be familiar with the ICC process and all the steps it takes to convey properties back to HUD
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suites
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and customer service skills
  • Ability to prioritize and effectively manage daily workload
