Job description

LHH is currently recruiting for a handful of largely remote opportunities. These roles do not require that someone be a licensed attorney but do require that someone hold at least a Juris Doctorate.
But our client does require that candidates must live within approximately 50 miles of Phoenix, AZ for perodic on site team meetings.
Our client is looking for a group of remote Legal Case Managers to help potential claimants file for large class action law suits. Our client will offer paid training.
Anticipated Start Date: Early December.
Duration: Approximately 1 year.
Hours: Full time during core business hours 8:30 to 5 local time with the exception of the first week of training.
Responsibilities:
  1. Analyzing claim documents
  2. Preparing detailed responses to complex written inquiries of various potential claimants
  3. Working with potential claimants over the phone and also logging necessary paperwork into internal databases to ensure proper record keeping.

Qualifications:
  1. JD from an accredited law school.
  2. Attention to detail
  3. Ability to multi-task
  4. Demonsrated ability to work successfully in large teams
  5. Demonstrated ability to work on legal matters with members of the general public and those who don't necessarily have a legal background. Ability to explain complex legal concepts.

Preferred:
  1. Litigation experience
  2. Fluent in Spanish
  3. Class action and or mass tort experience.
