Part-Time | Remote | ~10 hours/week Role Overview We are seeking a performance-driven Video Editor to own the creation and optimization of video creatives built specifically for paid media . This role is 100% ads-focused—bringing concepts to life through fast, thumb-stopping edits designed to drive conversions across platforms such as Meta , TikTok , YouTube , and emerging paid channels. You will partner closely with Growth Marketing and Creative teams to test, iterate, and scale high-performing video assets, using both performance data and creative intuition to continuously improve results.

Key Responsibilities Edit and produce short-form and mid-form video ads for paid social and digital channels Turn creative briefs, raw footage, UGC, and static assets into high-performing ad creatives Create multiple ad variations (hooks, cut-downs, captions, CTAs, aspect ratios) for A/B testing Optimize existing video ads based on performance metrics (CTR, CVR, retention, ROAS) Collaborate closely with Growth Marketing to iterate quickly on new concepts and creative directions Maintain consistent brand voice, tone, and visual standards across all paid media content Organize project files and manage version control for ongoing testing Stay current on platform trends, ad formats, and performance best practices Meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment 2–5 years of experience editing video for paid media or performance marketing Strong portfolio of performance-driven video ads (UGC, motion graphics, short-form social) Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools Experience creating platform-native content for paid social and digital channels Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, hooks, and visual hierarchy Comfort working with data feedback loops and iterating based on results Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize deadlines Excellent communication and collaboration skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
