This position operates within a fully remote setting, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a close-knit team dynamic. While you will primarily work from home, you will also engage with colleagues through virtual meetings, ensuring you remain connected with our multidisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, utilizing both standardized instruments and clinical interviews.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and collaborate with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals.
  • Provide evidence-based therapy services to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing a range of therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).
