This position operates within a fully remote setting, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a close-knit team dynamic. While you will primarily work from home, you will also engage with colleagues through virtual meetings, ensuring you remain connected with our multidisciplinary team. • Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, utilizing both standardized instruments and clinical interviews.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and collaborate with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals.
• Provide evidence-based therapy services to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing a range of therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).
• Engage with a multidisciplinary team, which may include case managers and psychiatrists, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients, ensuring all aspects of their mental health are addressed.
• Support clients in crisis situations by offering immediate intervention strategies that prioritize safety and emotional support.
• Participate in community outreach initiatives aimed at raising awareness about mental health issues, contributing to educational seminars and wellness workshops.

Our clinic serves a diverse clientele, including individuals from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. As an LMFT at Watson Healthcare Clinic, you will have the unique opportunity to provide support and therapeutic interventions to clients facing a range of issues, from anxiety and depression to relationship challenges and trauma. • Current and independent licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in New York State.
• A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build relationships and engage with clients.
• Proven cultural competence, demonstrating sensitivity and understanding when working with diverse populations.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple responsibilities, including thorough documentation and timely reporting of client progress.

• Two or more years of clinical experience delivering therapeutic services in a mental health or community-based setting.
• Experience working with underserved populations, including children, families, and individuals from various cultural backgrounds.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms, ensuring proficiency in delivering remote therapy.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and credentials. Benefits include:
