Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to effectively identify clients' unique mental health needs, shaping individualized treatment plans tailored to each client.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic services for individuals, families, and groups, utilizing a variety of approaches (such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy) to address an array of mental health concerns.
  • Engage actively in multidisciplinary collaboration with case managers, psychiatrists, and other mental health professionals, ensuring seamless and holistic care for all clients.
  • Deliver crisis intervention and immediate support for clients facing acute distress or emergencies, skillfully leveraging your expertise and empathy.
  • Participate in community outreach programs and educational initiatives designed to raise awareness of mental health issues and reduce stigma in the communities we serve.
