Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely crisis intervention to clients experiencing acute mental health crises or emergency situations, ensuring their safety and connecting them with appropriate resources for ongoing support.
  • Maintain meticulous and confidential client documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and assessments, while adhering to ethical guidelines and legal statutes.
  • Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to integrate care strategies, ensuring that all facets of a client's well-being are addressed within their unique treatment plans.
  • Educate clients and their families about mental health challenges, treatment options, and community resources, advocating effectively for their rights and needs to ensure holistic care.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range between USD 85,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
