• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to gain insights into clients’ histories, challenges, and treatment goals.
• Develop tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring that interventions align with their individual needs and aspirations.
• Provide individual therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and systemic therapy approaches.
• Utilize our telehealth platform for remote therapy sessions, maintaining high standards of confidentiality and care.
• Document progress through timely and accurate progress notes that reflect client evolution and ongoing treatment adjustments.
• Adhere to best practices in mental health care and follow the service provider agreement as well as organizational policies.

• A valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• A master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is mandatory.
• Demonstrated experience in developing treatment plans, conducting assessments, and maintaining clinical documentation.
• Proficiency in behavioral therapy and a genuine commitment to providing empathetic patient care.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical settings, ideally within a community health or similar environment.
• Experience working with diverse populations and exhibiting cultural competence in therapy.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote service delivery methods.

Inner Healing Therapy & Wellness offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Benefits include:
