Wir suchen eine erfahrene Personlichkeit als Scrum Master / Delivery Manager, die unsere agilen Teams unterstutzt und eine reibungslose, erfolgreiche Projektlieferung sicherstellt.
Die Rolle umfasst die Moderation agiler Prozesse, die enge Abstimmung mit Stakeholdern uber verschiedene Abteilungen hinweg, die Steuerung von Lieferumfangen sowie das Risikomanagement - ohne dass Programmierkenntnisse erforderlich sind.
Die Zusammenarbeit erfolgt in einem agilen, cross-funktionalen Umfeld. Deutschkenntnisse sind zwingend erforderlich, und Erfahrung in der Telekommunikationsbranche ist ein groer Vorteil. On-Site-Arbeit wird bevorzugt.

Aufgabenbereich
Moderation und Steuerung agiler Prozesse nach Scrum und/oder Kanban
Durchfuhrung und Leitung agiler Zeremonien (Daily, Review, Retro, Planning etc.)
Unterstutzung der Teams als Servant Leader und Beseitigung von Impediments
Ubernahme der Rolle des Delivery Managers / Projektmanagers zur Koordination von Terminen, Meilensteinen und Abhangigkeiten
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Product Ownern, Entwicklungsteams, Architekten, Fachabteilungen und weiteren Stakeholdern
Sicherstellung von Transparenz durch regelmaiges Reporting zu Fortschritt, Risiken und Status
Forderung kontinuierlicher Verbesserungsprozesse innerhalb der Teams
Sicherstellung effizienter und produktiver Zusammenarbeit im Einklang mit den Unternehmenszielen
Unterstutzung der abteilungsubergreifenden Kommunikation und Abstimmung
Verantwortung fur die Qualitat und Zuverlassigkeit der Deliveries

Erforderliche Skills & Erfahrung
Nachweisbare Berufserfahrung als Scrum Master, Delivery Manager oder Projektmanager
Sehr gute Kenntnisse agiler Methoden (Scrum, Kanban, Jira, Confluence)
Keine Programmiererfahrung notwendig - Fokus liegt auf Agilitat und Delivery
Hervorragende Kommunikations-, Moderations- und Stakeholder-Management-Fahigkeiten
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Pflicht aufgrund intensiver bereichsubergreifender Zusammenarbeit)
Erfahrung in der Telekommunikationsbranche ist ein groer Pluspunkt
