Job description

Lavendo partners with startups and highโ€‘growth companies to help them hire topโ€‘tier sales, GTM, and technical talent. This role is with one of our clients; weโ€™ll share full details about the company and interview process as we get to know you and confirm mutual fit.

About the Company

Our client is an AI platform building autonomous AI Receptionists and Agents that handle calls, book appointments, nurture leads, and drive revenue for small and medium-sized businesses โ€” 24/7, across every channel. Founded in 2023 by a repeat founder whose prior AI company reached 50M+ users across 200 countries, the company is backed by world-class investors and has deployed 15,000 AI agents across 10,000 businesses.

Fresh off a $25M Series A, our client doubled revenue in the final two months of 2025 and is scaling aggressively toward 1 million AI agents deployed.

The Mission

Replace manual, expensive, inconsistent customer communication with autonomous AI that generates real revenue for SMBs. Our client's platform lets any business deploy a fully configured AI receptionist in 3 minutes โ€” no coding required โ€” with sub-second latency, 99.99% uptime, 200+ integrations, and omnichannel coverage across phone, SMS, email, web chat, WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, and more.

The Opportunity

Our client is building a Solutions Architect team to own the full deployment of AI agents across partners and customers in North America and EMEA. You'll be joining a team at a pivotal moment โ€” well-funded, growing fast, and building the infrastructure that thousands of SMBs run their businesses on.

Our client is hiring 3-5 Solutions Architects for immediate start. If you're an exceptional early-career technologist from a top program who thrives on ownership, customer impact, and building production AI systems, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do
  • Understand partner and customer business needs and translate them into technical specifications and deployment plans

  • Configure and customize AI agent solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing platforms (CRMs, booking tools, payment systems)

  • Own implementations end-to-end โ€” from kickoff through go-live โ€” managing stakeholders and driving projects to completion

  • Serve as the technical point of contact in partner conversations; present solutions confidently with minimal oversight

  • Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the implementation lifecycle

  • Contribute to building scalable deployment practices as the team grows

What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

  • Hands-on experience developing in Python or JavaScript, with fluency in AI technologies including prompt engineering

  • Experience integrating APIs (REST, webhooks, OAuth)

  • Demonstrated customer-facing experience (consulting, project management, client delivery, or entrepreneurial)

  • Strong systems integration skills and ability to work across diverse tech stacks

  • Business process analysis skills โ€” you understand how companies make money and can connect technical solutions to business outcomes

  • Bonus: experience with CRM/PMS systems, SaaS platforms, or the AI industry

Ideal backgrounds include:

  • Tier 1 CS program + top consulting firm with technical implementation work

  • Tier 1 tech company with a customer-facing component

  • Software engineering + entrepreneurial experience in a customer-facing business

Key Success Drivers
  • Technical curiosity: You pick up new skills fast, can own complex implementations independently, and stay current on AI

  • Customer ownership: You manage expectations, drive delivery, and don't let problems sit โ€” you hold on until it's solved

  • Business intuition: You can break a business problem into technical pieces and tie the work back to real outcomes

  • Ownership mentality: You make things happen without being told twice and pull in the right people when needed

Why Join?
  • Compensation: $125,000โ€“$150,000 base salary (W-2) + 20% annual bonus + equity

  • Benefits: Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans

  • PTO: Unlimited Paid Time Off

  • Remote: Fully distributed team, any US location welcome

  • Impact: 10,000+ businesses on the platform โ€” your work directly shapes a product at scale

  • Momentum: $32M raised, revenue doubling, Series A just closed โ€” early enough for real equity upside, funded enough for stability

  • Stack: Groq, Llama, Gemini, OpenAI, and proprietary Zero-Hallucination architecture โ€” production AI on real calls, at scale

Interviewing Process
  • HR Screen

  • Case Study (business case assessment)

  • Technical Interview (coding ability, AI/prompt engineering, learning agility)

  • Final Deep Dive with VP of Product (ownership, customer focus, and leadership)

  • Reference Checks & Offer
