Job description

Today's finance leaders face increasing pressure to modernize operations, improve reporting accuracy, and scale efficiently as their businesses grow. As a NetSuite Senior Consultant at Deloitte, you will help clients design and implement NetSuite solutions that align with their business goals and deliver measurable results. This role fits professionals across core financial accounting, procure-to-pay, or order-to-cash implementation backgrounds. Join a team that is transforming how finance and accounting organizations operate by streamlining processes, improving reporting, and building lasting client relationships along the way.

Recruiting for this role ends on 12/31/2026.

Work you'll do

As a Senior Consultant, you will implement and deploy NetSuite solutions:

  • Work within an engagement team, identifying business requirements, managing functional design, prototyping, and designing processes
  • Provide NetSuite consulting expertise, using industry experience, business analysis, and best practices to address clients' most complex requirements
  • Implement and deploy NetSuite solutions that accommodate unique industry, business, and regulatory requirements
  • Conduct business process mapping and requirements-gathering sessions with clients, on-site and remote
  • Prepare Business Requirements and Technical Scoping Documents for client approval
  • Build, develop, and test functional designs and scripted, customized solutions for business components and prototypes
  • Drive test planning, execution, and optimization support
  • Troubleshoot configuration issues and provide ongoing post-implementation support to optimize user adoption

A successful candidate would possess these skills:

  • Ability to build and maintain strong client and team relationships
  • Comfort managing multiple priorities across concurrent workstreams
  • Willingness to mentor and support the development of junior team members

The team

Our NetSuite practice helps upper mid-market and high-growth organizations modernize their financial and operational systems on a unified cloud platform. We work alongside clients to streamline processes, improve reporting, and support their next stage of growth. We're just as invested in our own team's growth, with hands-on learning and mentorship built into every engagement.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 3+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience in one or more of the following areas:
    • Record to Report: General Ledger, Consolidations, Multibook accounting, CTA Analysis, FX variances, and/or Financial Reporting
    • Procure to Pay: Accounts Payable
    • Order to Cash: Accounts Receivable
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, or another related field
  • Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients/sectors you serve
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Preferred:

  • Certified NetSuite Professional (NetSuite Administrator / Suite Foundation / ERP Consultant / Multi-Book Consultant / ARM/Revenue Management)
  • Full lifecycle NetSuite implementation experience, including Design, Build, Test, Deploy, and Support phases
  • Experience with NetSuite integrations, customizations, and ERP data migration/cutover
  • Previous "Big 4" or large consulting firm experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage teams and stakeholders across global locations
  • Advanced degree in a relevant field
  • Eagerness to mentor junior staff

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $110,700 to $218,300.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
