Job description

Supervise and manage a team of Workforce Development Coordinators and Case Managers, provide coaching and development opportunities (i.e. annual evaluations) for staff per HR guidelines- Manage grant-funded projects (i.e. collect data and prepare reports to ensure programs meet contractual, grant requirements) and ensure they are implemented within scope and within budget- Ensure that supervised staff are meeting project outcomes as required by various funding sources. Enforce quality assurance protocols by conducting monthly case file audits, fiscal audits, and sub-recipient/vendor monitoring Maintain statistical data and tracking information for assigned and/or new grant requirements.

Audit records and utilize databases (i.e. SecurManage, ECimpact) to ensure compliance with grant requirements Develop relationships and partnerships with community-based organizations, government entities and correctional programs Prepare monthly CQI reports of all reentry services and programs to track service utilization, program completion rates, and participation rates. Assist/Lead staff meetings with input from the Director of Reentry Services and senior management. Act as the site manager when needed in the absence of the Program Director of Reentry Services. Perform other related duties as assigned by the Director of Reentry Services

Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice, psychology, social work or related field. Two years related experience or higher education in lieu of experience.

PREFERRED EDUCATION: ORAS Certified; CBI-EMP Certified; AED/CPR Certified; OWDS/CDF Certified; Knowledge of Uniform Guidelines (Code of Federal Regulations) as it pertains to grant administration, budgeting, and workforce development programs for disadvantaged populations.

This is a remote/virtual position however, the preferred candidate will live/work in the Chicagoland area.
