• Provide individual and group therapy sessions focused on counseling and psychotherapy, tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Develop comprehensive treatment and discharge plans collaboratively with clients, ensuring alignment with their recovery goals.
• Collect and evaluate data through client interviews, case histories, and observational methods to identify underlying issues and create appropriate interventions.
• Maintain a manageable caseload that includes both individual and collateral therapy, ensuring that each client receives the attention and support they require.
• Review and maintain client case files for accuracy and compliance with internal policies. This includes thorough documentation of assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries in both physical and digital formats.

In this role, you will work predominantly with clients in a detoxification setting, many of whom are facing significant mental health issues alongside substance use disorders. Your expertise in both clinical social work and mental health treatment will be instrumental in addressing their complex needs, fostering a supportive environment where they can focus on healing and recovery.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited graduate program is required.
• An active and unrestricted CA Clinical Social Worker License (LCSW) is mandatory for this position.
• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a healthcare environment, with at least one year specifically in a mental health setting.
• Demonstrated clinical skills in case management and therapy.
• Proven abilities in conflict resolution and maintaining therapeutic boundaries.

• Experience specifically within detox or substance abuse treatment environments is preferred.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and client management software.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
