Creative Project Manager Location: 100% remote We are seeking a freelance Creative Project Manager to bring structure, clarity, and momentum to complex, high-volume marketing initiatives. This mid-level role is well suited to an organized, systems-minded professional who can coordinate cross-functional teams, manage evolving priorities, and help deliver creative work efficiently at scale. About the Role As a Creative Project Manager, you will oversee end-to-end workflows across a range of global marketing projects. You will partner closely with creative, marketing, production, and operations stakeholders to establish clear plans, manage dependencies, resolve blockers, and keep deliverables moving from kickoff through completion. What You'll Do • Lead project workflows across multiple teams, stakeholders, deliverables, and timelines. • Create and maintain project plans, schedules, status reports, task trackers, and dependency maps. • Turn ambiguous requests into practical processes, clear priorities, and actionable next steps. • Coordinate with creative, marketing, production, and operations partners to support timely delivery. • Monitor project risks, address blockers, and communicate progress, changes, and decisions to stakeholders. • Improve operational systems, production processes, and collaboration workflows as business needs evolve. • Support adoption of emerging tools, automation, and augmented production-design workflows. • Help maintain consistent project documentation and promote effective team planning practices.
