Become a Key Player as a Growth Marketing Manager

You will own Adobe's organic acquisition strategy for the CPro segment, driving growth through SEO, content marketing, and emerging AI/LLM discovery channels. You will identify high-impact opportunities to increase visibility, attract qualified prospects, and improve organic-sourced signups through a combination of strategic planning, experimentation, analytics, and optimization.

Working cross-functionally with Content, Web, Product Marketing, Analytics, and agency partners, you'll develop scalable acquisition programs and establish best practices that drive measurable business outcomes. This is a Remote role (work PST hours). This is a 6 month contract.

Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team

Own and execute Adobe's organic acquisition strategy for the CPro segment across SEO, content marketing, and AI/LLM optimization initiatives Conduct keyword, topic, competitive, and search intent research to identify high-value growth opportunities and inform content strategy Develop and optimize content experiences, landing pages, and website assets to improve organic discoverability and conversion Partner with Content Marketing and Web teams to build and execute an organic growth roadmap aligned with business priorities Develop strategies to increase Adobe's visibility within AI-generated answers, search assistants, and emerging discovery platforms Define and implement measurement frameworks for organic acquisition performance, including traffic quality, signups, engagement, and downstream business impact Design and execute structured experiments to identify the most effective organic growth opportunities and conversion drivers Monitor SEO performance, technical site health, content effectiveness, and organic funnel metrics to continuously optimize results Collaborate with Product Marketing, Analytics, Web, and external agency partners to document and operationalize scalable organic growth playbooks Present recommendations, performance insights, and investment opportunities to senior stakeholders and leadership teams

Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role

5+ years of experience in organic growth, SEO, content marketing, acquisition marketing, or growth marketing roles Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Proven success driving organic acquisition and measurable business outcomes, including signups, conversions, pipeline, or revenue growth Strong expertise in technical SEO, on-page optimization, content strategy, keyword research, and search intent analysis Understanding of how AI-powered search experiences, LLMs, and generative search platforms surface and cite content Experience using SEO and analytics platforms such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Ahrefs, Semrush, or similar tools Strong analytical and experimentation skills with the ability to develop hypotheses, design tests, and translate findings into action Ability to work independently and drive initiatives from strategy through execution in a fast-paced environment Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior leaders through data-backed recommendations

Pay Range

$43.11 - $53.87/hour
