What you will do:

As our Digital Marketing Manager, you are responsible for leading and optimizing digital marketing efforts across the Peripheral Vascular Division in alignment with Stryker's business goals. You will oversee digital marketing activities and strategies to expand our brand awareness, ultimately driving additional site/channel traffic and enhancing search engine visibility. These efforts will engage site visitors in new and creative ways, shorten the sales cycle, and foster cross-functional collaboration.

  • Accountable for driving awareness and site traffic to stimulate interest in our offerings across the PV division.

  • Lead paid media efforts for the PV Division, including social media campaigns, SEM, SEO.

  • Develop an effective KPI strategy for the business and use analytics to implement a data driven approach to decision making.

  • Collaborate closely with Marketing Communications to refine content strategies for maximum reach and conversion.

  • Optimize Stryker.com website content to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for digital marketing, offering strategic thought partnership
    and sharing best practices with commercial teams to enhance campaign effectiveness.

  • Assess incoming marketing technologies, provide strategic recommendations, and ensure proper integration with existing systems.

  • Manage the scheduling and posting of content across social media channels.

  • Drive strong collaborative partnerships between the PV division and Corporate Marketing Operations, advocating for business needs and ensuring successful project execution.

  • Keep current with digital marketing trends, tactics and strategics to inform future recommendations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field required

  • 8+ years' work experience in communications, marketing communications, digital marketing or related area

  • 5+ years' of experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics and social media analytics

  • 5+ years' of experience of Adobe Creative Cloud Suite

  • 5+ years' of experience with content management systems

  • 5+ years'of experience with editorial and social media content development experience and a solid understanding of basic digital design and user experience principles

  • 5+ years' of experience building out processes and governance as well as managing the governance process.

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of BrightEdge SEO platform is a plus
