Whatย you'llย be doingย 

The primary responsibilities for our next SMB Account Manager will be to:ย 

  • Develop relationships with our small and medium sized customer accounts, doing proactive outreach to help uncover pain points, and discover opportunities to help them get more value out ofย Fieldwireย 
  • Manage all contract renewals and lead negotiations with our small and medium sized customer accountsย 
  • Retain and increase revenue with a managed book of business of about 150 accountsย 
  • Perform Business Reviews, demonstrations, and trainings with clientsย 
  • Solve complex customer needs by working with our Construction Success Teamย ย 
  • Expand the book of business by asking for referrals and uncovering new business opportunitiesย 

We'reย looking for our next SMB Account Manager to have the following skills and experiences:ย 

  • 1-2 years in a quota-carrying inside sales experience while consistently exceeding targets,ย requiredย 
  • Experience with outbound sales motions, including prospecting to generate leads and running full-cycle sales, preferredย 
  • Experience managing projects with input from cross-functional teamsย 
  • A knack for working well with a wide range of people (external and internal); a natural relationship builderย 
  • Cold-calling experience, preferredย 
  • SaaS environment or construction industry experience, preferredย 
  • Experience with Salesforce.com, preferredย 
  • B2B transactional experience, preferredย 
  • Metrics driven mindsetย 
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate technical product aspects to both non-tech savvy and tech savvy customersย 
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in a primarily remote selling environmentย 
  • Highly organized and methodicalย 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high performing sales environmentย 
  • Process-orientedย in order toย manage renewal and expansion motions in a prioritized mannerย 

Compensation:ย 

The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows:ย $70,000ย 

The salary rangeย representsย the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the US. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors such as your skills,ย qualificationsย and experience. In addition to theย salary,ย you may be eligible forย aย compensation variable bonus,ย which canย rangeย up toย $30,000.ย
