At The Summers Agency, we understand that life doesn't always fit neatly into a 9-to-5 schedule. If you're a mom looking for a way to build a career while having more flexibility around your family's schedule, this opportunity may be a great fit.

We’re looking for motivated, dependable individuals who want to work from home, create a schedule that works for them, and build a career in insurance sales.

No prior insurance experience is required. Licensed and unlicensed candidates are welcome.

Why This Opportunity?

  • Receive training, mentorship, and support as you learn the business
  • Connect with clients who have already requested insurance information — no traditional cold calling
What You'll Do

You don't need to have an insurance background. We're looking for someone who is:

  • Motivated and dependable
  • Self-directed and organized
  • Comfortable communicating with people by phone and video
  • Coachable and willing to learn
  • Able to manage their time and follow through on commitments
  • Interested in building a flexible, long-term career
  • Comfortable working independently from a home environment

An active insurance license is a plus, but not required to apply. Licensing guidance and support are available.

Compensation
  • 1099 independent contractor
  • Commission-only compensation; no hourly wage or base salary
  • Uncapped earning potential based on individual sales performance
  • Performance-based bonus opportunities may be available
  • Compensation varies based on products sold and individual performance
What We Provide
  • Warm leads from individuals who have requested information
  • No traditional cold calling
  • Licensing guidance and support
  • Training and structured onboarding
  • Ongoing coaching and mentorship
  • Sales tools and technology
  • Remote work environment
  • Flexible scheduling

This opportunity is designed for individuals who are ready to take ownership of their schedule, develop new skills, and build a career from home.

If you're looking for a flexible remote opportunity and are ready to put in the work to build something of your own, we'd love to hear from you.
