The TPM leads high-impact technical initiatives, reduces delivery risk, minimizes technical debt, and accelerates time-to-market for critical programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership & Architecture

  • Identify and proactively manage system dependencies, architectural risks, and technical "blind spots"

Program Execution

  • Drive end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional technical programs
  • Align engineering, QA, operations, and business teams to achieve program milestones
  • Ensure execution is synchronized across systems, eliminating silos and integration gaps

Governance & Standards

  • Establish and enforce integration standards, architectural governance, and documentation practices
  • Promote consistency, transparency, and traceability across systems and programs
  • Drive process improvements to enhance delivery quality and operational efficiency

Stakeholder Management & Change Leadership

  • Build strong relationships across business and technical stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and outcomes
  • Translate technical concepts into business-friendly language for leadership engagement
  • Drive organizational change by identifying impacts, building awareness, and supporting adoption

Qualifications:

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 8+ years of experience in software or product development environments, including 2+ years in project or program management
  • Proven experience leading complex, cross-system technical initiatives in highly integrated environments
  • Strong understanding of system architecture, APIs, data integrations, and enterprise platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and mitigate technical risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges
  • Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

  • Master's degree in a related field
  • PMP, PgMP, Scrum Master, or similar certification
  • Experience in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, life sciences, pharmaceuticals)
  • Familiarity with patient support systems, hub services, or integrated healthcare platforms
  • Experience implementing governance frameworks, standards, and technical documentation practices
  • Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or similar platforms

What You'll Bring

  • Strong systems-thinking mindset with the ability to connect end-to-end processes
  • Strategic perspective with hands-on execution capability
  • Ability to influence without authority across diverse teams
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making and continuous improvement

Impact

In this role, you will play a critical part in:

  • Reducing technical debt and improving system scalability
  • Increasing delivery predictability and reducing production issues
  • Enabling faster, more reliable deployment of strategic initiatives
  • Elevating technical governance and cross-system visibility

Why Join Us

  • Work on high-visibility, enterprise-wide initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders across business and technology
  • Drive meaningful impact in complex, rapidly evolving systems
