Security Operations Analyst (AI Training)
About the Role
We're looking for experienced Security Operations Analysts to help evaluate and improve AI systems designed for modern SOC environments. Your real-world expertise in threat detection, alert triage, and incident response will directly shape how AI reasons through security scenarios - making these systems smarter, faster, and more accurate for analysts everywhere.

What You'll Do
  • Analyze realistic SOC incident and alert scenarios to assess what is happening, why it matters, and what the appropriate response should be
  • Classify alert severity, identify root causes, and recommend remediation actions based on your professional judgment
  • Review AI-generated detection logic, triage decisions, and investigation workflows for accuracy and realism
  • Validate AI outputs to ensure they reflect how experienced analysts actually think and operate
  • Provide structured, detailed feedback that helps AI systems learn from your expertise
Who You Are
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in a SOC, incident response, or security operations role
  • Familiar with SIEM platforms, alert triage processes, and investigation workflows
  • Skilled at distinguishing genuine threats from noise and false positives
  • Strong written communication skills - able to explain your reasoning clearly and concisely
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently on asynchronous, task-based assignments
Nice to Have
  • Experience with threat hunting, digital forensics, or red/blue team operations
  • Familiarity with frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, or SANS
  • Prior involvement in AI evaluation, data annotation, or training workflows
