  • Familiarity with Nevada State and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
  • Experience in court efiling for both state (eFile Nevada) and federal jurisdictions.
  • Ability to adapt to changes in work environment and manage multiple cases, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient, with a high level of professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Experience drafting and organizing discovery - both written discovery and document production.
  • Experience with Summation Pro, Relativity or comparable eDiscovery litigation support software is a plus.
  • Experience with ESI (Electronically Stored Information) is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational and technical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate professionally, productively, and efficiently with clients, contacts, attorneys, other paralegals, and all other professional staff.
  • Provide support to attorneys with drafting pleadings, efiling, conducting factual and legal research, document review/analysis, preparing productions, and preparing for hearings, depositions and mediations.
  • Review, gather, and organize client documents from production to discovery.
  • Assist with preparing pleadings, discovery requests and responses.
  • Provide general office support, maintain and organize files, scan/copy documents, maintain calendars, prepare expense reports, and coordinate internal/external meetings.
  • Other duties as assigned.

The firm offers a friendly, business casual environment with competitive compensation and a full benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Disability, Parental Leave and Life Insurance.
