Business Analyst (Remote US Only)
Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions. This role is 100% remote, requiring excellent communication and self-management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.

  • Identify process inefficiencies and recommend solutions for optimization.

  • Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams.

  • Conduct data analysis to support strategic decision-making.

  • Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and finance.

  • Ensure project deliverables align with business objectives and timelines.

  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide feedback on system implementations.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in business analysis.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.

  • Experience: 1+ year of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or a related field.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

    • Experience with process modeling and business intelligence tools.

    • Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus.

  • Soft Skills:

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

    • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

    • Attention to detail and a proactive mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:
