Project Manager
Location: Remote (Chicago-area candidates preferred)

About the Role
We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team and oversee hospitality design and installation projects from planning through completion. This is an immediate need driven by an upcoming maternity leave, making it critical to find a candidate who can quickly step in and support ongoing projects.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and excels at communication. This role serves as a key liaison between internal teams and franchise partners, ensuring all stakeholders are informed, timelines are managed, and project expectations are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple hospitality projects simultaneously from initiation through completion.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for franchisees, providing regular project updates and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate project schedules, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution.
  • Monitor procurement and lead times for furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), proactively communicating impacts to project schedules.
  • Set realistic expectations with franchise partners regarding timelines, product availability, and project milestones.
  • Collaborate with internal design, procurement, and operations teams to keep projects on track.
  • Identify and resolve project challenges before they impact deadlines or customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation and reporting.

Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of project management experience, preferably within hospitality, construction, design, furniture, or related industries.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Experience working directly with clients, franchisees, or external stakeholders.
  • Ability to anticipate project risks and proactively develop solutions.
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and accountability.
  • Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting hospitality, hotel, renovation, construction, or FF&E-related projects.
  • Familiarity with supply chain timelines, procurement processes, and project scheduling.

What We Offer
  • Fully remote work environment with preference for Chicago-area talent.
  • Opportunity to work on nationally recognized hospitality projects.
  • Collaborative team environment with exposure to a variety of stakeholders and project types.
  • Opportunity to make an immediate impact within a growing organization.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy managing details, and excel at building positive relationships with clients and partners, we'd love to hear from you.
