• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of students.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of clinical notes and treatment progress within our secure electronic health record system.
• Collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care for students.
• Provide psychoeducation to students and their families, empowering them with tools and strategies to enhance resilience and coping skills.
• Stay current with the latest research and developments in mental health practices, and participate in professional development opportunities.

In this role, you will work with a diverse population of students, addressing a wide array of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues. Your empathetic approach will play a crucial part in nurturing a supportive environment that allows students to discuss their mental health openly and without stigma.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid and active LCSW license in Georgia.
• Strong understanding of child and adolescent psychology and relevant therapeutic interventions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, especially in remote settings.

• Previous experience working in school settings or with young populations is highly desired.
• Proficiency in using telehealth technologies and digital communication tools.
• Experience in developing and facilitating workshops or group therapy sessions.
