Sunrise Valley Community Counseling Services is seeking dedicated and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) to join our dynamic team in a full-time capacity. This role is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from home while connecting with students and staff at various educational institutions through virtual platforms. • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans leveraging best practices.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), tailored to each student's unique circumstances.
• Maintain accurate, confidential clinical records in compliance with regulatory requirements, ensuring timely updates and documentation.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, engaging in case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance service quality.
• Provide education and support to students and their families, equipping them with vital knowledge about mental health and available resources.
• Regularly review existing literature and research to integrate new findings into your practice, improving treatment outcomes.
• Support crisis intervention when necessary, using appropriate techniques to manage urgent mental health situations effectively.

This role primarily focuses on students aged 5 to 18, providing mental health support in a school environment. As an LCSW, you will work with a diverse population, addressing various issues such as anxiety, depression, behavioral problems, and trauma. Your interventions will not only benefit individual students but also promote a healthier school culture overall.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is a must.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of Texas.
• A minimum of three years of clinical experience, with a strong emphasis on psychotherapy.
• Proven proficiency in solution-based interventions and therapeutic methodologies.
• Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills, essential for effective collaboration.

Prior experience in a school setting or with youth populations is highly desirable, along with a background in crisis intervention techniques. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and teletherapy platforms will greatly enhance your effectiveness in this role.
