Job Title: Customer Service Representative Location: Cary, IL Type: Contract Compensation: $22/hr Work Model: Hybrid – onsite and remote Hours: 9:30am - 6pm CST

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer services relating to sales, sales promotions, installations, and communications.
  • Ensure good customer relations are maintained and customer claims and complaints are resolved fairly, effectively, and in accordance with consumer laws.
  • Develop organization-wide initiatives to proactively inform and educate customers.
  • Develop improvement plans in response to customer surveys.
  • Work within well-defined procedures, guidelines, and routines to support customer service functions.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or related fields.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support business needs.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with SAP, Salesforce, and ERP systems is preferred but not required.
  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree is a plus.
