We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director โ€“ Data Solutions to lead the expansion of our data services portfolio. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of selling complex enterprise data solutions such as Master Data Management (MDM), Product Information Management (PIM), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), cloud data platforms, and data architecture services.

This is a high-impact sales leadership role responsible for owning the sales lifecycle, developing go-to-market strategies, building strong client relationships, and accelerating revenue growth within our Data Solutions practice.

Top 5 Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by owning and leading the full sales lifecycleโ€”from prospecting and qualification through to closing and expansion.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with McFadyenโ€™s Data Solutions practice areas including MDM, CRM, PIM, cloud data platforms, and governance.
  • Engage and consult with senior executives (CIOs, CDOs, CTOs) to identify business needs, position data-centric solutions, and establish McFadyen as a strategic partner.
  • Collaborate with technical, delivery, and marketing teams to craft compelling proposals, solution briefs, and client presentations that align with business goals.
  • Build a strong pipeline through outbound efforts, strategic partnerships, events, referrals, and inbound leads.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Lead client-facing workshops and discovery sessions to identify pain points and match tailored solutions.
