Job Description
Title: Client Marketing Specialist
Location: Remote (Winston-Salem or Charlotte, NC area)
Employment Type: Full Time
Reports To: Executive Chief of Staff
Position Overview:
FEDlogic is seeking a Client Marketing Specialist to serve as the marketing and operational engine behind our Client Success team. This role blends content creation, virtual event management, and marketing technology expertise to scale client support, drive end-user adoption, and strengthen the tools our Client Success team relies on to engage clients, partners, and the families we support. This person will translate communications and materials into polished, on-brand assets and automated workflows that make it easier for clients to implement FEDlogic into the employer's benefit ecosystem.
This role will also have direct engagement with the Client Success team and frequent collaboration with Client Development and Expert Services team members.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Generation
  • Design and produce client-facing assets that support diverse client types and lifecycle stages to enable utilization of FEDlogic.
  • Maintain an internal and external library of assets, including flyers, articles, toolkits, email newsletters, presentations, short videos, and graphics.
  • Partner with Marketing and Client Success leadership to translate communications and materials into clear, relevant, and usable content.
  • Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and frequent client support and nurturing.
  • Develop case studies and testimonials to support current client and prospective client awareness.
  • Ensure all content aligns with FEDlogic brand standards and voice.
  • Manage marketing content and updates on the public and private websites to refresh content and support client-facing initiatives.
  • Support LinkedIn content efforts related to Client Success storytelling and thought leadership.

Event Management and Support
  • Plan, promote, and execute webinars and virtual webinars and events, including registration, communication sequences, and post-event feedback.
  • Build event landing pages and registration flows within Zoom and HubSpot.
  • Track and report attendance, engagement, and satisfaction metrics; recommend improvements.
  • Coordinate with the Director of Operations and Client Success team to support conference and in-person content and presentations.

Marketing Automation and CRM
  • Build and maintain workflows, email nurture sequences, and segmentation to support client onboarding and ongoing engagement in Hubspot.
  • Develop and maintain the intake and monitoring of feedback surveys and support requests from clients and supporting partners.
  • Create and support the mechanisms that collect and maintain accurate client marketing data within the CRM, in partnership with internal teams.
  • Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics and HubSpot reporting.
  • Provide regular insights to internal teams and leadership.

Perform other duties as assigned to support the organization.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • 3+ years of related working experience.
  • 2+ years of Hubspot, Salesforce or similar CRM system experience.
  • Strong writing and visual design skills; portfolio demonstrating flyers, newsletters, presentations, or similar content.
  • Experience building communications or marketing initiatives that support client/customer support functions and drive adoption or utilization.
  • Strong communication skills - both written and oral.
  • Comfortable working in a lean agile environment, where this person may be the only dedicated marketing resource supporting Client Success rather than part of a larger content team
  • Ability to partner cross-functionally to create well rounded content.
  • Experience with Google Workspace applications (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides).

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Preferred location to be 2-hour distance from Winston-Salem
  • Experience in benefits, insurance, healthcare, or a B2B2C services environment.
  • Familiarity with webinar platforms and event registration tools.
  • Basic HTML/CSS skills and experience with managing websites and/or web portals with focus on user experience, WCAG, and SEO best practices.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Tableau.
