Role Overview:
The successful candidate will be able to work in a diverse SAFe/Agile, SalesForce environment with minimal supervision and constantly changing requirements. This is a junior level position, and the candidate will be expected to provide team and technical leadership, communications, and coordination.
Responsibilities:
  • Design custom objects, custom fields, picklists, page layouts, workflow, approval processes, validation rules, custom tabs, reports, Visualforce pages, dashboards, and email generation according to application requirements
  • Hands-on development proficiency with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, Lightning Web Components, Extension List etc.
  • Integrate Salesforce system with internal and external systems using Web and Salesforce/Force.com API technologies (SOAP, REST), MuleSoft Middleware tool, and integration between Salesforce and MuleSoft itself

Required Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Information Systems, or other related discipline ( 5 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education)
  • Three (3) of years of experience and other qualifications
  • Proficient in Salesforce out-of-the-box customization using low-code tools
  • Proficient in APEX programming language, triggers, flows, SOQL, SOSL, JavaScript including Lightning Web Component development
  • Experience in developing APIs to integrate Salesforce with File System, Database, SharePoint, Web Services
  • Experience in Salesforce data modeling and data security rules.
  • Experience in deploying code using Copado.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies, strong business analysis experience, understanding customer requirements and agility stories, able to provide detailed acceptance criteria.
  • Salesforce administrator and Developer certification is required.
  • Copado certification is preferred.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Nice to Have Qualifications:
  • Experience implementing 508 compliances in web applications and conducting accessibility testing using tools like JAWS
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, DEVOP/CICD Pipeline, OWASP vulnerabilities
  • Experience with GITHUB or GIT
  • Experience with SSDT, MS SSRS
  • Experience in SAFe Agile
  • Experience with responsive design and mobile-first development

The salary compensation range for this position is 60,000-75,000. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
In addition, U.S Citizenship is required. Select applicants will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information and be able to obtain a government-granted security clearance. Individuals may also be subject to a background investigation including, but not limited to criminal history, employment and education verification, drug testing, and creditworthiness.
