The Role:
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Business Systems Manager to lead the administration, and optimization of our core enterprise applications. This role is responsible for the security, health and roadmap of our Salesforce (CRM) and NetSuite (ERP) environments. The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of IT and Business Operations, ensuring our systems are secure, scalable, integrated, and delivering maximum value to our internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
System Strategy & Roadmap
  • Serve as the Internal Product Owner for Salesforce and NetSuite in the IT organization, aligning technical capabilities with business goals.
  • Manage the evaluation, selection, and implementation of third-party "add-on" applications (e.g., CPQ, Celigo, Avalara).

Hands-on Administration
  • Manage system security, user permissions, and compliance (SOX/GDPR) across both platforms.
  • Develop and maintain a help desk ticketing infrastructure to assist users with technical requests.
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, and Marketing leadership to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Lead IT integration work streams for corporate acquisitions, overseeing the seamless migration of newly acquired entities into NetSuite.

Integration & Data Flow
  • Oversee integration middleware (e.g., Boomi, Celigo, or MuleSoft) to ensure reliable data exchanges.
  • Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and post-deployment support for major system updates.

Requirements:
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience managing enterprise systems, with at least 3 years specifically overseeing both Salesforce and NetSuite.
  • Technical Breadth: Strong understanding of the Lead-to-Cash process and how data flows from an Opportunity to an Invoice.
  • Certifications: Highly preferred (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator/Platform App Builder or NetSuite Administrator/ERP Consultant).
  • Project Management: Experience leading complex system migrations or implementations using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Analytical Skills: Advanced proficiency in data mapping and reporting across multiple platforms.
  • Compliance: Experience managing Salesforce within FedRAMP-authorized environments.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • You can explain complex API limitations to a Finance Director and business requirements to a Developer.
  • You don't just fix problems for today; you build systems that can handle 10x the current volume.
  • Detail-Oriented: You understand that a small change in a Salesforce picklist can have a massive ripple effect on NetSuite's General Ledger.

The approximate base salary range for this position is $111,692 - $145,649. The total compensation package includes base, bonus, equity, and a range of benefit options found on our career site.
Compensation will vary based on individual factors such as education, qualifications, and experience of the final candidate(s), specific office location, and calibration against relevant market data and internal team equity. Posted base salary figures are subject to change as new market data becomes available.
