Start Date: ASAP, pending successful completion of PATCH clearance

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to support enterprise analytics initiatives by partnering with internal business stakeholders to develop, maintain, and enhance data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, business acumen, and expertise in data visualization and reporting tools.

This role requires a professional who can translate business requirements into actionable analytics projects, identify trends and risks through data analysis, and communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Partnership & Stakeholder Management
  • Collaborate with business partners to understand organizational strategies, objectives, and operational challenges.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for analytics initiatives.
  • Translate business needs into analytical approaches and project plans.
  • Serve as a trusted analytics advisor for assigned business units.
  • Lead analytics projects from initiation through completion while ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Collect, integrate, and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
  • Validate data quality, accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Perform detailed trend analysis, risk assessments, and performance evaluations.
  • Identify patterns, opportunities, and actionable insights using advanced analytical techniques.
  • Validate analytical methodologies and results produced by other analysts when required.
  • Develop recurring reports, dashboards, scorecards, and performance metrics.
Data Visualization & Insights
  • Design and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI.
  • Present analytical findings and recommendations to business leadership and stakeholders.
  • Convert complex data into meaningful business insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Create executive-level presentations that clearly communicate analytical outcomes.
Process Improvement & Governance
  • Develop, own, and maintain recurring reporting and analytical processes.
  • Document analytical methodologies, business rules, and best practices.
  • Support data governance and quality initiatives.
  • Promote continuous improvement in reporting and analytics capabilities.
  • Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.
Required QualificationsEducation
  • Bachelor''s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Master''s degree is preferred but not required.
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional Data Analyst experience.
  • Experience managing end-to-end analytics projects.
  • Experience working directly with business stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • Proven experience analyzing large datasets and delivering actionable business insights.
