This full-time remote position focuses on delivering exceptional mental health support to our outpatient clients. Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize crisis de-escalation techniques to support clients in distress, providing effective milieu support as the Clinician of the Day.
  • Conduct and document comprehensive risk assessments and safety plans to identify client needs.
  • Ensure same-day documentation of interactions and care plans for all clients at risk of crisis service engagement.
  • Complete critical incident reporting forms within 24 hours when necessary to maintain compliance and accountability.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation, providing after-hours support and care coordination for clients needing immediate assistance.
  • Work proactively with clients to identify and mitigate potential crises, reducing the need for emergency intervention.
  • Maintain crisis alerts and ensure seamless coordination with county crisis services for clients.
  • Document and coordinate transitions to inpatient services when applicable, working collaboratively with hospital staff to streamline discharge planning.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Brighter Tomorrow Healthcare Services, you will work primarily with adults and adolescents facing a variety of mental health challenges. Your role will be pivotal in guiding clients experiencing emotional distress, trauma, and other mental health concerns to promote recovery and stabilization. Qualifications
