Key Responsibilities

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and establish initial treatment goals.
• Developing personalized, evidence-based treatment plans that align with each client’s unique circumstances and objectives.
• Providing individual, couples, and group therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques and approaches tailored to the client population.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure holistic care and support for our clients.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential client records in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date.
• Participating in regular clinical supervision and case conferences, engaging in continuous professional development activities to enhance your counseling practice.

Qualifications

• A current, valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon is required.
• A Master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling or a related field from a regionally accredited institution.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic methodologies and modalities applicable to the treatment of mental health disorders.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with teletherapy and remote counseling practices, given the nature of the remote work setting.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000–90,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
