Sales Representative for Interstate Parking Management (IPM). Job Description
The Sales Representative is crucial for Interstate Parking Management's success since they find new clients, manage relationships, and come up with ways to make money. This job needs someone who is very motivated, professional, and focused on getting results. They should be able to identify new business prospects, offer customized parking solutions, and keep clients happy in line with IPM's rules and values.
Main duties: 1. Business Development
Identify, investigate, and go after possible clients, such as property owners, management companies, developers, and cities.
Make calls, network, and visit sites to promote IPM's enforcement, permit, and management services.
Adapt proposals and presentations to the client's needs and the organization's strengths.
2. Managing Relationships with Clients
Be the main point of contact for clients you are allocated to, making sure that communication is clear and service is always professional.
Keep precise records of your clients in your CRM, and ensure that all contracts and renewals are recorded correctly.
Evaluate in on customer satisfaction, renewals, and possible upselling chances.
3. Sales Performance
Reach or beat the sales goals set by management for each month and quarter.
Work with the Operations and CSR teams to ensure that the transition from signed contracts to field implementation goes smoothly.
Keep accurate records of all negotiations, prices, and service agreements.
4. Following the rules and acting professionally
Adhere strictly to IPM's Professional Conduct Policy, ensuring kindness, clarity, and professionalism in all discussions with clients and partners.

5. Writing and reporting.
Please submit weekly reports detailing your sales efforts, leads, and progress towards meeting your goals.
As stated in the Operational Guidelines & Responsibilities, you must attend weekly team meetings on Zoom or WhatsApp.

Keep digital copies of all proposals, emails, and contracts for management to look at.
Requirements
At least one year of expertise in B2B sales, preferably in the property management or service industries.
Proven ability to meet or beat sales goals.
You should possess strong communication and writing skills.
A professional attitude and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are essential.
You should know how to use CRM systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Pay and Performance
The compensation package includes a base salary along with a commission system, which will be detailed in the offer letter.
Quarterly performance reviews are done according to IPM's Disciplinary and Performance Policy.
